Cast. Geeks unite!

Graphics of the characters for this page were graciously provided by Amanda, of the Repository of Dangerous Things. Thanks Amanda!

Joe

Joe

Joe is a Software Developer. He believes in the age-old adage use violence only as a last resort. Provided by last you mean first.

Joe shares a geek-house with Dixon, Elroy and Ellie. He hates his job and is not generally considered to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

Voted Most likely to get a Criminal Record by his graduation class.

.

Dixon

Dixon

Dixon is the most level headed of the group. That doesn't mean he's above violence. He just approaches it from a calmer perspective (or so he claims). He secretly intends to take over the world someday.

Dixon is a Low Level programmer (programs in assembler language) at a Multinational. Dixon's turn-ons include coffee, messing with people's heads and slightly illegal chemical substances.

.

Ellie

Ellie

Ellie is short for Eleanor. She's Dixon's cousin and works as a Graphic Designer for an Ad Agency. She moved into town when she got the job, and needed a cheap place to live, which turned out to be the geek-house.

Ellie is still adapting to living with 3 geeks, but so far she seems to be doing a good job.

Apparently, Ellie is the only member of the cast who changes clothes regularly.

.

Elroy

Elroy

Elroy likes Macs.

He also thinks the Moon Landing was a hoax.

.

Marv

Marv

Marv doesn't really have a firm grasp on reality. In his mind he's deeply convinced that as you approach College, you may have to face off with a Miniboss, so he's in no hurry to get there.

Although the rest of the cast are all working geeks/woman, Marv is still in High School and probably will be for some more time. Apparently, he met Joe and Dixon at a LAN Party and they haven't been able to keep him off the geek house ever since.

.

Dom

Marv

Dom (short for Dominic) is a Web Designer. The others tend to look down on him due to his lack of Geek level. This is a remnant from the times of the .com boom, when Web Designer was synonymous with Preckle-faced Boss's nephew. Not that he doesn't deserve the bad publicity.

Dom is a fanatic of Certifications, and a bit of an air-head. He'll try for any certification as long as it sounds spectacular enough (like the Double-plus Ultra Matic Bayesian Analysis of Software Seminar he took once at the behest of Joe). He hasn't gotten much screen time in the comic (He is convinced the comic sucks because of that).
